The guidelines were prepared by the ICC\u2019s Commission on Corporate Responsibility and Anti-Corruption.<br \/>\nThe guidelines \u201cprovide recommendations to Enterprises on how to monitor and manage Conflicts of Interest facing their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-228\" src=\"https:\/\/alignin.com\/press\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/goats-692660-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alignin.com\/press\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/goats-692660-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alignin.com\/press\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/goats-692660-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alignin.com\/press\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/goats-692660-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alignin.com\/press\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/goats-692660.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>By advising Enterprises on how to put in place a policy preventing Conflicts of Interest, ICC helps them deter corrupt practices and other illegal behaviour and promote an ethical business culture. These Guidelines also include four practical scenarios to illustrate the recommendations, as well as generic recommendations for preventing and mitigating Conflicts of Interest.
